Copper CNC Machining
Copper parts can require careful machining because the material is soft, conductive and application-sensitive. Anco Precision works from customer drawings and specifications to quote custom machined copper components.
Copper Parts We Can Quote
Send us your print or CAD file for custom copper components, prototypes, replacement parts and production quantities. We review the geometry, tolerances, quantity and material requirements before quoting.
Common Copper Applications
Copper is commonly selected where electrical conductivity, thermal performance or corrosion resistance matters. Every project is reviewed based on the customer drawing and end-use requirements.

CNC Machining Copper Parts
Copper is commonly selected where electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity or corrosion resistance is important. It can also be more challenging to machine than many common aluminum alloys, so the exact material grade and finished-part requirements matter.
Typical Copper Components
- Electrical and conductive components
- Heat-transfer parts
- Bus bars and custom connectors
- Adapters and mounting components
- Prototype and production parts
What to Include With a Copper RFQ
Send the drawing or STEP file, copper grade, quantity, tolerances, critical dimensions, finish requirements and required completion date. If conductivity or material certification requirements are part of the project, include them with the RFQ.
Copper Machining FAQ
Do different copper grades machine differently?
Yes. Copper alloys vary in machinability and physical properties, so the exact grade should be identified whenever possible.
Can copper parts be milled and turned?
Yes. The appropriate process depends on the part geometry shown on the drawing.
Can I submit the project online?
Yes. Upload the drawing or CAD file through the online quote form for review.
